We recommend the pad be the same dimensions as the base rail. For example, if your building is 30x40, make the pad 30x40 exactly! Anywhere from 4-6 inches of thickness and 12x12 footers if needed!

Yes, we offer a warranty on our workmanship and materials used during the construction process. If any issues arise, we will promptly address and resolve them. We currently offer a 90-day worksmanship from the moment the building is installed. In the case we miss something or something was done wrong, we will go back as soon as we can to fix all the issues that may have arised.
