Finance & Rent To Own

We currently finance with 2 companies!

The first one we work with is HFS Financial. They require a 650 or better credit score and it is a Home Improvement loan. This means that the building/garage would have to be installed on your home property and they can finance up to $400,000. This is a very good option if you have to finance your whole project such as the concrete!

The next one is RTO National. They require a 690 or better credit score but they only finance up to $20,000. This company offers rent to own that has no early pay off penalty and has no credit check!
